Give players chosen for the cards the list of attributes, then give them a small and equal number of "attribute points" that they can assign to each area. Then based on how many attribute points they chosen for a skill, give them a randomized number that is in that area. So for instance, say the skills are dropship skill, tank skill, infantry skill, fear factor, etc. Give players say 8 points to allocate. So I could say put points as follows, Dropship: 3 Tank: 0 Infantry: 3 Fear Factor: 2 Then say if you have 1 point in an area, your card gets a random number between 0 and 25. If you have 2 in an area your card gets a random number between 25 and 50. If you have 3 your card gets a random number between 50 and 75. If you have 4, your card gets a random number between 75 and 100. This way the players on the card can have some influence over what stats they get, but they're still not guaranteed absolutely great stats and such there will still be some cards that are simply better than other cards and whatnot, and we'd all know it's all in good fun. This is just a suggestion off the top of my head, and you can take the general ideas and pick and choose any you like, if there even are any you like. Amarr are the good guys.

My card just needs infantry changed to 65, number of weapons, I have 6 at proto so I'm guessing a 10?, fear factor to 40 because sometimes I run my heavy or assault. Maybe add a logi stat?, I don't know but everyone in that deck is decent. I also fight solely for minmatar.
