Every time Duna2002 sends you a "join my corp" messege report him for in-game spam. He is a complete and utter cancer on dust, sucking isk out of newbs who know no better and get no guidance.
If CCP was smart they would ban him for the health of their own game, and for being solely responsible for 90% of all dust junkmail.

He using in game mechanics to play "his" game. While I don't like it, what it does is advertise the fact that you can play, "your own" game.

Well, that's on the player to investigate corporations and ask questions before joining. That's why corporations advertise pub channels so that possible new recruits can familiarize with its members and see if its a good fit for them.
If you think he's a cancer to the game then you by no means heard of all the swindling and hustling that goes on in space in New Eden. Reminds me of that infamous story of the guy in EVE who had a bank and managed to run off with people's ISK.

Where does exploitation begin? Presume a corp not involved in PC and no plans on setting up PC matches:
- Corp A has a tax rate of 1%
- Corp B has a tax rate of 5%
- Corp C has a tax rate of 11%
Or do you consider any corp with a tax rate (with no plans on spending the ISK on the corp stuff available, i.e. PC) to be exploiting their member base?
(As for me personally I think that if your corp is "saving ISK" to do corp stuff later without having an ongoing training program for their members are exploiting their members.  )

I think if a corp wants to have a tax that in itself is a good enough reason... that's why the option is there.... if someone doesn't like that, they can join a different corp... it isn't an exploit, it's working as intended.
this game makes me sad....
