So I'll start this post with a story.
I was thinking about signing up for the fanfest HD stream using PLEX. I play both games and I thought the Swag might be worth it. I then noticed there are two swag items and both are for EVE only.
Obsevation:
Dust players are second-class citizens of the eve universe in CCP's eyes
Question:
CCP Y U do dat?
Suggestions:
Really what I'm getting at is the way CCP seems to try a lot less hard with DUST.
The forum is a shambles with old stickies for events which have ended, the regular posts to update the community are often forgotten. The email newsletter often never arrives and is usually surprisingly-thin in content.
No swag what so ever.
No CPM for dust. Don't get me wrong, I think the CSM is garbage but the CPM is a totally forgotten program.
Limited communication about upcoming features and additions. If you did half of what CCP Rise and Fozzie do for ship balancing as far as communication this game would be in a better spot.
I could go on, but I feel maybe others could pick up where I left off, or call me a whiner.
Full disclosure: I have been playing since Mordu's Trials, before the Merc Pack existed. I love this game. I try to get my friends to play it with me. |

So far I think all Dust players might be able to get so far is if they make like a good Twitter response to fanfest or something, I know something on Twitter that player might be awarded with some Origin Suits for this Origin Event going on. Otherwise waiting to see the next newsletter and what we get in that.

I want some suit skins, goddamit. CCP if you made cosmetic suit skins for AUR and maybe threw us a bonus one now and again you could take my money. I'd even give it to you. |
