You could have easily gone with RR, or scr, but you chose the 2nd lowest ranged gun. Gg.
With cloaks we have the capablity to close distance without dying instantly, therefore making CQC weapons the most ideal.
Before cloaks? Rail Rifle was THE weapon, as we had constant scans and a 110m effective weapon.
The only thing that changed was cloaks.
Shut up.

I do believe i remember kiling him a few times too, if i recall correctly he was a monster with that AR(gek 38 or gb-9 i believe) but i would kill him (incidentally) with my Prof 3, Min Commando 5 Six Kin.
If you're dying to it ridiculous amounts of times, it doesn't always mean they're OP:
Not everyone that runs shotgun has maxed Prof/reload, as it is a specialist weapon, not designed to be used by 70% of the fighting force.
A good chance is AR(as a class) users are heavily specced into them, as they are able to be use on 95% of our fittings.
Not many people have the AR maxed because it's old. It's been here since day 1 and as such is less exotic. Still a usable weapon, and i'm frequently murdered by Gallente Assaults wielding Duvolles.(remember that hipfire? Yeah it makes a Gek almost a Gb-9, while having superior Dps, Dp clip, and only sacrifices bullets/kill.
I can ery easily state that a RR outperforms a CR at range, and that it's ridiculously OP. Hell, on my alt with Op1, i kill proto sentinels with a clip and change.

Only reason I am not in a tank is because there are no laser fitted tanks yet. On a side note, I hope Amarr tanks hover and strafe.

Meanwhile the min tank should move like a Lav.
If i don't flip my tank on EVERY hill and bump, then it's Up and needs buff.
