A 1week event wherein the developers, rank and file employees, especially those involved in Dust514 is to form a 16 clone team, Q-synch and participate in the Dust Pub matches, Faction Warfare & Planetary Conquest (if they can get in).
I'd suggest for the CCP team to play alongside with an aide who watches with pen & paper & write down anything they find faulty or irregular in the game.
Give them a first hand perspective of what they continue to pander to the everyday normal gamer.
A chance for those players with a gripe and frustration to get it off their chest and hopefully start off again on a clean slate.

They already did a Fight-the-Devs event and it went pretty wellGǪ
except that most of them are terrible at playing Dust. (^_^ )
