I think it would be cool if there could be laser turrets. The lasers look like the lasers that come out of the laser rifle. It could be really cool. Imagine an hav shooting huge lasers out of it!!! And another cool idea would be to have laser heavy weapons for sentinels. |

Indeed.
This is what most players speculate the Amarr HAV will be like.....though current information we have.....suggestions, only very cryptically that it instead may be a Pulse Laser Weapon more akin to a Scrambler Rifle, or Assault Scrambler Rifle.

Yea, ouch. So the alternative of a pulse definitley seems more likely

One day beams will be a thing. Do you know the Large ERM Lasers from Mech Warrior? They might be like that. 1.5 Second long streams doing X damage spread across the duration of the beam, with recharge and heat build up mechanics.
