I kid you not, the hardest suit for me to kill in a 1v1 engagement is the MinAssault. I have no idea why, but the ones I've faced would just strafe back and forth whilst emptying their clips into my head.
I thought Scouts and perhaps Heavies would be a problem, but every MinAssault I've faced in a duel has humiliated me...
How about you guys? What suit is hardest for you to beat 1v1? |

Anything Gallente that isnt the Galassault.

O.o maybe I should skill back into the minmatar assault? Pre 1.8, mine only saw battle when I wanted to snipe.

For a shield tanker like me, Amarr Assault, Heavies can be taken 1v1 if you keep your range. But the RoF on the SCR + The Bonus + Shield Damage Bonus make it very difficult to even begin the fight before they've already killed you.

I meant weakest in a strictly tank-esque sense, not the worst.
I don't use it as an assault. It's easily the best area-denial specialist in the game.

So using the racial weapon that gets a bonus from the suit itself = a crutch?
Also, @ the OP, I agree. Min Assaults (or pretty much anyone or any suit that can strafe effectively) give me the hardest time killing them. Even when I spray and pray. |

Used to be minassault.
Now it's the tanked Cal scout with the messed up hitbox. Whenever I meet one it's like the juiciest heavy mixed with the fastest Min scout.

Super Bricked out sentinals with combat rifles. Rolling with over 1500 HP and hitting me with a combat rifle is just not my idea of a fight I want to have.

Any suit controlled by a lagger, though it's most noticeable with scouts and other high strafe speed enemies. Blue shield flash with no damage = OP.

I think that's more to do with the KB/M users who can male the most of the strafe speed.
Plus, you have to have some balls to use what is probably the least useful suit in the game.
