But when I arrived here back in June 2012 I was a all out pilot. Had tanks and dropships a like. But then the build that cam in July where you had infinite MLT vehicles in your LAV, HAV and Dropship menu ruined it for me. So I went full out infantry, developing a small hatred for the CreDron Breach AR Around the 3rd build I participated (forgot name lol) this is when the racial MQ's arrived and I was really excited. Specced into a Dropship since a friend of mine finally got to participate in the closed beta... Missiles. Missiles everywhere. Not to mention Maus Peak was at it's worse in this build. Dropship with missile turrets and Missile Tanks abused these OP turrets to no extent. Thanks to this build, Missile turrets are in the spot they are in now. NO closed beta vet wants to go back to those days. I left my vehicle specialized role and decided to go to infantry. Since I saw that I never really had any ISK to pay for my lost vehicles. Dropped them completely and decided to be an infantry man. When Chromosome launched that's when I started my Jack-of-All-Trades role. I was a logi, heavy, medic, scout, assault, sniper (and nearing the end days of Chromosome) a very good Madrugar pilot. When Uprising launched the first thing I specced into where the ADS (as me loving vehicles I just wanted to get my hands on the jet but SOONGäó) Became very good at it until CCP saw that they screwed up the ISK fundings they gave us back. I went from having half a billion to 50 million. I became poor for vehicle roles again. And becoming a JoAT again. I can't say I am the best at one thing. But I am versatile. I picked it up in a random ambush match and had a great game, doing my best ever game of Dust on my new Adamance character back then at 11/0. I had a blast, killed an enemy Soma, and enjoyed it so much I bought 100 hulls. It was a new playstyle. I was challenging having such low SP invested into the role and going up against much better HAV and players. And eventually I enjoyed it so much/ couldn't wait for Amarr HAV to be deployed I picked up Maddy's and went to town with them. Just learning to tank cost me well over 3 months of slogging through super powerful AV, enemy HAV, and my own ignorance.... and well over 100 Million ISK. And by late 1.5 I was a passable tanker. Late 1.6 I was scoring 40+ Kills a game, having a lot of fun, using everything I learnt over the last couple of months, on the last day of 1.6 scoring 32/0, 44/2, 52/1, etc..... After a few matches i saw that a new vehicle had been introduced : THE DROPSHIP i was all like: mmmkay lets give it a try It was cluncky at the beginning and the handling wasnt great but beacuse i always loved air vehicles and flying (irl and all games ive played) i dindt give up and went to use them 24/7, i spec-¦ed into logi too after the last reset, and after dropships where made virtually useless i spec-¦ ed fully into logis for corp battles and stuff but i regreted that decision after wars so i respec, into dropships, slowly and i had a grimses in whcih my gunners went 40 / 0 (back when buildings meant insta death for dropships) and i knew i had made the right choice in spec-¦ing on them afterwards i took anothr break and returned after uprising with the new vehicles and stuff and after the first respec, and i spec-¦ed on ADS and realised that they sucked baaaaaad With the second respec, i decided to keep my regular dropship skills but leave the ads behing and i spec-¦ed into logis again, having a proto suit , 2 proto weapons, and adv modules n equipent (about 8 M ) Afterthat i used an ADS in pc and i did great (when missile turrets could kill someone in 5 shots) and i fell in love with them again, so used the sp i had spared for my proto plates and used them in ads, and i dont regret it After the next repsecs i took my sp from logi suit and placed it on vehicle upgradis (thus maxing them out) and became a full time pilot (which i wasnt before, i was just a part- time one) Tl;Dr: I love Flying + Introduction of Dropships + Theyre usefull now = Me Kicking Ass With My ADS BPOs for Sale Dust Player Since: July 2012 Best Assault Dropship Pilot in the Game

Sniping cause its cool, scouting cause I like knives and explosions, logi cause logis turn the tides of battles. Best 3 roles in the game. I'm also a ADS pilot. Cause being on the ground is boring at times. Anything you can do, a NINJA can do better

Assault and scout were my choice. Finally tried some logi, when i started to have some more squadplay. Now i also went heavy (both commando and sentinel) because it was new to Gallente suits and my squadplay is more constant right now so i can do that quite decently. When in need, i fly dropships too, but MLT turrets only at the moment.

I wanted something different and it fit the bill. Plus it's really fun, challenging, and mentally engaging (albeit expensive). I have tanks but I don't like to use them much. I also have some LAV fits, but since the hardener nerf they're pretty much useless. Logi: I have terrible gun game so I wanted to still be useful as an infantry. Logis turn the tide of battle sometimes and are amazing force multipliers. It's fun being a part of a machine that does more than spay-n-pray. Scout: Vulpes here needed an infantry focus, and since I loved running around in by 'Dren' scout so much, and with the 1.8 changes coming up, I decided to try for a Cal scout (for the scan and hp regens). Despite what some people might say, playing scout is pretty difficult (for me at least). Sneaking, flanking, avoiding the enemy. It's quite the challenge and thrill to be sneaky, and I enjoy it. Heavy: With my alt's core skills almost maxed and everything for my logi fitted to my liking, I needed another SP sink, so I decided to try heavies. I'm mainly running a rep-tanked Cal heavy with KinCats and I'm enjoying it for now. Me in my ADS: 1,2

It is a great heavy suit! I have it. The suit works more like an Assault than a Heavy. I played scout in Team Fortress Classic I played the light build in Brink I like stealth games like Thief and Splinter Cell I went with stealth in all three Deus Ex games In pnprpg's, even if I don't roll a stealth character, I usually roll characters that can't take a lot of damage but are fast and agile and good at avoiding damage I knew I would play a scout in DUST before the game was released If I ever play EVE I'll probably skill into covert ops frigates
