I know they have been on the forums requesting ISK. You should just stop posting here. I am serious. You are clearly looking to belittle opportunities for smaller corps/alliances.

LOL, someone is full of themselves and has a totally incorrect assessment of what I am looking for.
First off, please link where WTF have been asking for handouts. I doubt they are or even would and to suggest so would seem to be you (or Patrick57) insulting them (at least to my perception of it).
Any Corporation that is currently involved in PC does not need your Isk, they've already been stockpiling it and devising a battle plan, if they haven't they don't deserve your Isk. If you insist that you know best though, please feel free to **** your Isk away.
What you propose though is basically the equivalent of a lower-middle class family approaching Berkshire Hathaway and saying "Here's our life savings, we just wanted to give it to someone we knew would put it to use".
If you really want to help small Corps/Alliances, find them by playing pubs/FW and listening to those to show an interest in PC and aren't in any of the established PC Alliances/Corps. Those who are established do not qualify as being "smaller".
