I propose that the owner of a vehicle should be able to swap to any position inside of the vehicle even if it is occupied. If occupied, the passenger is merely placed in the position that the owner was in prior to executing the swap. Surely, this power is due the person who paid for the vehicle.

The question is why would any pilot or driver actually want to get out of the main seat
The answer is of course they wouldnt so why bother with something like this

A lock would be nice. Tired of random blues stealing my blood raider everytime i get out to hack or kill someone. Most of my lav loses are due to theft.

If you are outside of the vehicle, entering the vehicle, then you bump somebody out.
If you are in the vehicle and all slots are occupied, you simply swap seats with the merc in the destination seat.
