It's literally a clone of Warframe, with the added "bonus" of twin light weapons.
Abilities(such as FireBall, Desecrate and World on Fire)
A massive health pool
Parkour?(only Warframe has this, out of the 2)
Beautiful visuals(i'll admit Destiny looks Purty, but it's got none of the lighting effect 95% of which my PC can't handle.)
Survival Mode? Defense? Spy mode? Time will tell. But if it's just a PVE campaign with maybe a few places for PvP, i'll be laughing whilst playing Armored Core Vd and DUST.

It looks uninspired to me. It's Borderlands minus the excellent hilarious writing and gorgeously stylized graphics. Which was like 80% of the appeal of Borderlands. In exchange you get... it being on the new generation of consoles? Bungie, continuing their train of selling out hard.

Doesn't look like anything special at all. Entirely different game genre aside from the fact that you use guns in both dust, destiny, borderlands, halo etc.
