Then it won't affect any of us who don't have a ps4 and I'm sure if that's they're main announcement they'll be a lot of pissed off people.

I think it will **** off more than it will make happy at the same time there are technical difficulties, like when a $200 Laptop has more RAM than it.

I think it will be a positive as it implies more long term thinking and planning. Can't be on ps3 for much longer.

I'll be pretty pleased with a PS4 announcement.
I have a PS3 and would eventually replace it with a PS4 anyway. Moving solely to PC would be a bad move'; it would look like CCP failed in their console bid, cut the console customer pool, and make me buy a PC even though I have 3x Mac's in the house. 
Seriously...I would be pretty comfortably with them putting a marker on the table for PS4. It would speak to their long term plans of the game.

Precisely. This game is dead until a port is announced. If there's no port then wtf are we doing?. Ps3 fo lyfe yo!????, just no.

I, personally, use Slackware... but I am a minimalist.
If Dust goes to PS4, a lot of older players will return... and we might see the rise of a long lost corporation...
I have a PS4 and don't use it... not because it is a horrible system, but because of the lack of games.
