Laser Rifle: 2% more damage to armor and 3% more damage to shields Rail Rifle: 3% more damage to armor and 1% more damage to shields Mass Driver: 3% more damage to armor and 2% more damage to shields Bolt Pistol: 3% more damage to armor and 1% more damage to shields per level. Ion Pistol: 1% more damage to armor and 3% more damage to shields. Scrambler Pistol: 2% more damage to armor and 3% more damage to shields. Flaylock Pistol: 3% more damage to armor and 2% more damage to shields Nova Knives: Fine where it stands. You get my point and its same for the rest of the weapons that i have not mentioned.
