Cant tell ya what works for you, but for me I like 60 in hipfire X/Y and 50 in ADS

yeah its kinda a subjective thing im sure everybody has different stuff, just sit back in a redline somewhere and tweak stuff till you find out what works for you

I fiddled with the sensitivity for a long time before I find my perfect setting. 90 hipfire and 80 ADS.
The most important thing about the sensitivity if once you find a setting you like, don't change it. If you are constantly changing the settings your thumbs well never get accustomed to the sensitivity levels.
I found my levels a while ago and I haven't changed them, even on my off days, I just suck it up. By not constantly adjusting the settings, it has improved my gun game a lot.
Gun control is not about guns...it's about control.
The only way to ensure freedom is by having the means to defend it.

For me it varies by the weapon type.
~20 Hip, ~50 ADS with HMG
~40 Hip, ~70 ADS with Rifles
Right now I'm goofing off with a lot of new stuff so it's somewhere between the 2, so I'm not really in my comfort zone. And it shows...

with my carpal tunnel in my right hand and lack of feeling in the tips of my thumb, index and middle finger I have mine set at x5 y5. I also melee swing a lot for no reason just because I push on the right stick to hard because I cant feel it. on days when I do have feelings in my thumb I bump it up to x20 y20.
So yeah its all about you and your precision/coordination/sensitivity in your thumbs |

For the controller i have it set to 55x and 55y, with ads sensetivity set to 35x and 35y.
It works for me.

I would suggest you consider different settings for horizontal and vertical aiming ... (like 65 - 75 X and 50 Y) ... you don't have to aim vertically nearly as fast as you do horizontally and if you set vertical aim less it will minimize your chances of accidental vertical error when tracking a moving target (they mostly move horizontally)

Something like that so I don't oversteer when I knife which used to get me killed a lot. I might even lower it more but that's been the best sensitivity for me as far as accuracy goes.
