Reverted Forge Gun to 1.6 stats

Reduced Rail Rifle hipfire accuracy

Reworked installation HP - Installations will now have more shields than armor, since all the installations are Caldari
AI change - Railgun and Missile installations will only fire on vehicles, blasters will still target everything (with a reduced fire rate when targeting infantry)

Visual Effects: Added blur effects
Added lightning bolt effect on forge gun
Added volumetric particle effects
Improved lights emitted from Mass Driver and Plasma Cannon
Plasma Cannon light will now be green
Blaster weaponry effects improved - Projectiles will look green and more plasma like
Projectiles now leave smoke trails
Added larger charged shot effect on SCR that lingers longer and is thicker
Performance: Reworked the Audio system, should now be overall less taxing, improving performance
Factional Warfare: Increased level 4-10 LP rewards, level 10 now grants 1500 LP per match
Star Map: Added search function
Bug Fixes: Fixed various hitbox glitches that were causing weapons to miss artificially
Fixed sprinting bug, where you would move at crouch speed while sprinting
Fixed MCC collision model, no longer will equipment disappear and players go through walls
Fixed various other small bugs
Other: Added MCC crash animation and improved the explosion effect
