Infantry damage mods: Nobody uses them. 3,4,5? Pointless. Change to 5, 6, 7 so people actually fit them.
Vehicle damage mods: Far too powerful. 2 damage mods and a PC can 3hk anything. Reduce from 30% bonus to 25%.

Before 1.7, vehicle damage mods were limited to one module, the same as after burners, nitrous injectors, scanners, and mCRUs. I have no idea why it was changed, and it really should go back to the way it was, and perhaps reduced it to 25% damage. With such extreme damage, it only encourages the use of redline rail tanks, and the complete annihilation of dropships.
A double damage mode particle accelerator can one shot any dropship, as long as they're not ridiculously stacked and/or hardened. The first shot will always destroy them if they're completely unaware or are waiting for modules. Once that shot hits, they're either dead, or have to run and recall, if they're lucky. |

while CCP is nerfing damage mods, they should nerf blaster turrets. I'm so ****ing sick of tanks. One match I swear I was running around tankless in WoT. Tankers are too OP in Dust. Slow the turret down and drop damage down to just over what a HMG would do, and I bet blaster tanks would be lessened. Honestly go Play WoT if your a tanker. Work on you handheld gun skill then come find me on the battle field. **** tanks! |

NO , there's NO SKILL in triple stacking prototype damage mods .
No skill at all .
CCP did this game a favor when they kicked that crutch from the scrubs that do that crap .
Get some skill and stop triple stacking damage mods .

I think vehicle damage mods need to be reverted to passive, low slot modules with a 10% bonus.
Infantry damage mods need to be low slot modules.

Nothing feels better than to Breach FG a tank with a half or whole crew inside .
Killing the tank and two to three people .
Makes it all worth the while .

I agree damage mods for inf need to be changed to that.
I would prefer 3 5 7 for the inf.
tank dmg mods need a reduction and stacking penalties.
there is no reason tanks need a higher % spread on their damage mods then inf ones do. they could be 3 5 7. and you would adjust the tanks accordingly |
