The devs have announced in their latest Stream that EVE: Legion was all a myth, a smokescreen created to distract those from the true new name of DUST 514.
DNS 514
CCP has decided this because unlike the peasants, or the pubbies, they have noticed that what DNS has achieved is a great accomplishment, and should be recorded forever in New Eden history.
Instead of writing their name down in a book of legends (Which has already been done anyway) they have decided to immortalize the name of DNS by renaming their game after this amazing and great alliance.
The amazing and merciful DNS Black has commented on this sudden change:
"I am amazed, and grateful, but the job has not been completed just yet, although it is a great honour to have a game named after our fantastic alliance, we are still pushing for the renaming of 'Public Contracts' to simply 'Protos', I feel this name change is fitting, because it matches our alliance's description as the best Pub Stompers of New Eden.
From stomping academy newbs, to stomping other alliances, we've stomped them all"
He went on to further describe the DNS Leagues, saying that there will be seats for the Pubbies to watch the truly competitive battle it out, gain ISK, and to further increase their amazing skills.

DNS will fail too because its made up of nothing but all the previous failures.

lol see that's just the thing though.... that only hurts the player base so you may have to wind up just stomping each other.... and personally I've been on the receiving end of dns stomps.... and I still get my kills and make money and sp... IN A BPO SUIT WITH A BPO LAV... kinda sad that even in proto I can romp you guys in a militia bpo fit... also it makes isk just as useless to me as it is to you but I can feel pride in the fact that I'm the more skilled player since I do what you do in bpo fits... and I'm not the only one... many squads I'm in laugh at how utterly skilless you all are and take pride in the fact we hold our own in militia gear...
you guys are like the kid in class who smells like pee... everyone is talking crap on you and yet your the only one who doesn't know you stink....
lets also not forget the fact that people can just leave the match your in and avoid your stink completely...
so keep them stomps coming, keep breaking the game, keep winning at being the losers you are...I know this game is the only thing positive in your miserable lives that you have and I don't want to take that from you.... so sad... a f2p subpar fps is the only thing good in your lives you have, lol... and you cant even play it the right way....

1. you hide your corp/alliance... must be ashamed of it? and like we cant do a player search to find out what fail you belong to...
