Dust Mercenaries everywhere in New Eden.
Corporation Contracts: PC Battles only in 0.0 when Eve Pilots try to flip a Solar system, something like FW. The timer from Eve is working for the Dust battles also. Eve pilots have to fly in the clone packs. Clone packs will be in different prices and sizes. The battles will be manned up by Corporation members like the mechanic now. Payouts stay as they are.This will bring more interaction with the Eve universe. Pilots and Mercenaries will find a reason to be in the same Corporation. Clones produced by Districts can not be sold to NPC corporations. Clones can be used for attacks or be sold on the market.
Public Contracts: High sec contracts are accessible for everyone and have low ISK payout like the current pubs. Low sec contracts are accessible for everyone and have larger ISK payouts. ( something between High sec and PC payouts ).
Factional Warfare: FW accessible only with team deploy, like PC. Payouts in LP. The payout should be at level 1 standing equal to High sec payouts and at level 10 something between Low sec and PC payouts. LP market accepts only LP and has all suites, weapons, modules and equipment that are manufactured from the race it belongs.
Corporation Battles: Corp battles come back. The side who set up the match has to pay a fee and put up a amount of ISK as reward for the winner.
This way we will have space for everyone. Space for new players and advanced players ( pubs and FW).Endgame for those who want to challenge other corporations (Corporation Battles). And those who want to fight to impact the Eve universe (PC).And we will have a balanced economy to make way for player market. |

I am against any gear restriction. The ISK payouts will balance this. Why should someone run PROTO or ADV in High sec and lose money if he dies to many times. Sure there will be a due players to do it but the most with expensive fittings will use them in PC or FW.
This will help the game

At first I thought if there were similar public contracts, one that pays better, and one that pays worse, who in their right mind would play the worse paying ones. But that actually makes sense, all the good players would chase ISK, playing in the "expensive" league, whereas the noobier players would play the lower reward matches, naturally, without the need to actually put a hard limit on who plays what.
I like the idea, but I could see a few minor issues with this.
1: If someone has enough isk to not care, they will still protostomp in the noobier class to get their jollies off.
2: Older better players may still gravitate to the noobier class (running cheaper gear, but using their SP advantage) to rake in a higher K/D ratio. But at least, even in this situation, it would be better for noobs than now.
3: This may split up our player base even more, which might end up in higher map wait times, or playing the same people over and over. |

1. Will happen thats true. But it will help that they lose ISK and come to a normal lvl. Don't forget PC will not generate passive ISK.
2. Truly nobody cares about KDR in this game. There are many ways to fix your KDR. At the end if you are not good the squad will know it.
3. Splitting up the player base is something good. Making space for new players. PC and CB will be the place where Older players will be mainly.
This will help the game
