Give it enough of a buff so I can let off 20 shots instead of 15. That will do it.
OR decrease overheat time. It really. Really sucks. It feels like an eternity when hopping around.
EDIT: Especially since you normally have to reload right after the overheat stops.
There are many Caldari that would like to protest this statement about that never to be sufficiently d*mned riffle.
Also why are you trying to kill Gallente stuff with an anti-shield weapon?

Also why are you trying to kill Gallente stuff with an anti-shield weapon? Because it's a gun, and it should be able to kill all suits except armor tanked heavys. How would you feel if your combat rifle couldn't kill my caldari assault suit?
I'm not really sure I don't remember the last time I picked up a Combat rifle
I mostly stick to the ARR and my Templar ScR.
