This thread needs a blue tag ASAP. I think it makes sense to give the logis pg/CPU as well, but ideally they will also balance armour plates - Current fitting costs are way too high. Also the speed penalty is a joke - remove it altogether. Also HAVs need some love - they go down way too easy and frankly, anyone daring to pilot a HAV these days is a brave soul indeed. If half my squad decided to go HAV/ADS I know we're in for an uphill battle. This is mainly because of that insane swarm launcher range. The Ghost of Bravo
