PLC should be turned into a heavy weapon slot and get a damage buff. Right now its not any good as a light weapon and really makes more sense just getting turned into a heavy weapon and getting a splash and damage buff with a ROF decrease with a range increase.
Make it like shoot like the main gun on the wraith tanks from halo.
Anyone skilled into it should get get a refund for the SP
Right now its just a joke. A party trick at best for playing with. |

Already planned, the Plasma Mortar will be the Gallente heavy weapon. The PLC is here to stay.
