REs and Proxies should be moved to the Grenade slot. Reppers, Rechargers, Energizers should be opposite of their counterpart.
Should there be Mid Slots for Biotics and Weapon Mods?

I think you mean putting REs and Proxys in the Grenade slot? And to swap Shield and Armor Modules? If so, why?
Was attempting to proto every weapon a bad idea? Yes. 12 so far

REs and Proxies fall under Explosives on the Skill Tree, not Equipment. You should be able to stack your Shield or Armor in all of your "main" slots with the support Modules being in the "lesser" slots. Biotics and Damage mods ruin the ability to balance core mechanic enhancements.

Actually, I think he wants armor reps to be a high because armor is a low, Shield energizers to be lows because the extenders are highs. RE's and proxys to be nades because they go boom.
IT makes sense in a way, but it also seems to me like it would allow some suits to have both huge HP pools and pretty awesom reps too. It'd definitely incease time to kill.

Rechargers/Energisers in lows? **** no. Regulator already a low and caldari dont have enough lows as it is. Proto Cal Commando here with my 1 might low slot. Energisers are needed so the shield rechargers before old age kills the clone.

No on the "support" modules switch. You shouldn't be able to stack 900 armor and then have 25hp/s reps for it as well. Same on stacking shield extenders and rechargers. Shields already recharge by themselves without modules, that's why they get less HP buffer.
Having them both in the same set of slots is what makes you have to made a decision - the way it's supposed to be.

Maybe you are doing it wrong.
Unless you aren't even equipping REs and are just too lazy to adapt, then you are definitely doing it wrong.

Add: fueled shield booster; equipment; instantly restore 500 shields hp on use, 2 charges
Add: fueled armor repairer; equipment; instantly restore 750 armor hp on use, 2 charges.
Add: tracking subroutine; high slot; improves weapon range 5-7-10%
Add: fire assist protocol; low slot; imProves ROF 1-3-5%
Will add more when not on phone.
Also put red - greens in high. As they were. A long time ago for like a month.

And I'm not in favor of changing slots in order to let everyone brick tank AND have good utility.

EDIT: Almost forgot. REs aren't grenades. You have to place/toss, arm, and detonate. Grenades should be buffed a bit to detonate in 3 or 4 seconds, though. Future tech and it takes 6 seconds to blow up? C'mon... |

Yea good luck getting anything done with one set of prox mines . It only takes a thousand of them to have a chance at killing a LAV as it is.

You people do realize that separating tank and regen modules from each other is dam near the only way to break brick tanking in this game right?
Yeah it sounds goofy and is a little backwards compared to EVE but so is having raw damage mods be in the high slot. .. purely a low slot item in EVE.

You know, there's a reason so many shield tankers want damage mods in the lows, certain playstyles are the staple of races.
Oh and having lots of HP and damage is BS, bloody Amarr.
