What the heck do you expect mate, the f**cking game is FREE , the isk payouts are supposed to be low so that you gotta buy AUR to get your stuff. Also if you don't like what you get from matches join a corp that pays you, if you are a good player i am sure that some corp out there needs people. So stop crying i know they are low but just use advanced or even standard suits to collect ISK, to then use to get HAVs, DSs and if you have any proto suits.
Extermination is what i do.
