I have:
Shield Upgrades/Extender Armor Upgrades/Plating/Repair Electronics/Profile Damp/Code Breaker/Precision Enhancement/Range Amplification Engineering Nanocircuitry Handheld Weapons Upgrades Uplinks Rep Tools Active Scanners Remote Explosives Mass Driver Scrambler Pistol Sniper Rifle Gallente Scout
All at level 5. Should I finish off biotics/cardiac regs/kincats, skill into a new weapon/dropsuit, or try out vehicles? I kind of feel "complete" already, but I know there is a lot more I can invest my SP into. I just need some direction on where to spend those points. All suggestions are welcome. |

I have everything as well. I say go 5 in biotics. Once you do this skill into SG or CR to go with your scout build. Have fun. |

^^^ I currently have Shotgun Operations at 1 and CR Operations at 4, but the weapons seem to function quite well without adding proficiency, so I never really bothered to level them up.
Normally, I run a dual TT- 3 AScP fit, and do quite well with them in CQ. The CR and SG also seem to do well in the same ranges, so I've been a little hesitant in skilling into them because of my distaste for doing more of the same, just with different weapons. |

I kind of regret having a separate account for my Heavy, but ehh.. I'm dumb. |

Biotics all the way.
I would have skilled kin cats to 5 sooner if I had known how freaking cheap they were. They use up a lot of PG, but it's only 5 more PG for 7% more sprint speed.
I have never felt more satisfied about a level 5 skill than anything else, even if it costs a million to get it to 5.
After that skill into either more weapons or weapon upgrades. I would recommend the ACR if you don't already use it. If you're good on weapons, try a basic heavy frame or something. Heck you have all the equipment why not skill into a logi?

As for weapons, I may consider skilling up the CR as it always seems to be recommended. I just felt comfortable keeping it at Operations 4 just to try out the ACR.
Regarding equipment, I'll shamefully admit that I skilled out of MinLogis when we were granted the respec for 1.8. I was primarily using it for more Scout type play and felt that playing an actual Scout would suit me better. So I switched... However, I still make use of most equipment on several fits. I even run a medic with a rep tool and injector. |
