I've noticed that on the Swarm Launchers, the L1 button is completely useless. You can't aim with a Swarm Launcher, and I think it's the same for a Forge Gun. Also, the HMG essentially makes this button useless as it is a gatling gun, and aiming with it almost does NOTHING, whereas crouching does WONDERS.
So, with this in mind, I think we should tweak, and/or make a use out of this button.
Swarm Launchers: When you press the L1 Button, it scans for vehicles on the map. Of course, if they're out of range, the target box is either Red, or Blue(either is fine). This way, it's not overpowered as it just targets the vehicles, and if people use it to keep tabs on vehicles, then you can make it to where it's a stationary option. Such as placing the Launcher vertically on the ground like a pylon, and using it as a scanning tower.
Heavy Machine Guns: Aiming with an HMG is essentially useless unless your crouched. Nonetheless, even then...it's still pretty fricken useless. As another person had said in a thread, HMG's are supposedly OP, and should have a spool up time instead of instant-fire mechanics. I actually agree with this...when I look at the animations, that gun doesn't look right when it's spewing out an upwards of 50 bullets, when the rotation speed is only as much as 1-2 revolutions per half second. It just...looks weird. And besides, with how the HMG works, whereas accuracy increases as the heat build-up increases, then this rotation button could be used as such. Or...not be used at all, and just keep the rotation going in order to prevent firing delays. As it is, accuracy increases with heat build-up, not barrel rotation(I beleive).
Forge Guns: Same as the Swarm Launchers. Feedback is appreciated.

Swarms: Don't even touch swarms. They arn't as OP as you think and aiming them and placing them is just a stupid idea. If anything they need to buff the damager per missle slightly.
HMG: I'm not sure you actually have sued an HMG. If you have then you would have not even mentioned it in this thread. HMGs (like other weapons) are not OP. They are a CQC weapon and do most damage when within 30 meters. It cannot be used at long range. The reason it does not have a spool up time is because it is EXTREMELY inaccurate for the first 1-4 seconds of firing. After 4 seconds we are at our most accurate, however we have ALOT of heat built up. The animation shouldnt even be mentioned in this thread as if you would read the description of the HMG it says:

Forge Gun: Don't you know how powerful an accurate forge gunner actually is? They can 1hit gib most. It is a gun that not be tweaked as it takes skill to be use it against infantry.
In my opinion you have not really used any of these weapons and are making alot of assumptions.

Let me point this out to you, not ONCE did I ever say ANY of these guns were OP or UP. Shove it, dude. Whether they should be touched, or not, well...that's your opinion. I consider them all to be perfectly fine except for the Swarm Launchers. As for you in general, you didn't read my post AT ALL. Either re-read it, and get your facts straight, or get the heck offa this thread. I have USED an HMG, and I think it'd be pretty fricken nice to have a spool button in order to keep your accuracy going. Wouldn't that be nice? Besides, even if you spool it, you can sprint while spooling the gun, it'd be EXACTLY like aiming with the HMG, just spooling it instead of using the iron sights that DON'T EVEN EXIST.
Forge Guns are both Infantry, and Vehicle. They are hybrid in this sense, and I think it'd pretty dang useful. Wanna know why? Forges can't cut CORNERS like Swarms can. They are either in your line of fire, or not. Having an ability to locate vehicles has almost absolutely NO EFFECT on Forge Guns, just makes it a little more versatile.
I have a Sentinel Suit, I know how to use it. You posting that crap up, and saying I don't know anything when you don't even have the slightest idea of what's what when I'm POINTING at something, shows your immaturity to try and twist my words.

All I'm hearing is QQ.
Swarms Forge and HMGs are fine as is. Adding a scan to Swarms and Forge are useless because (wait for it) ACTIVE SCANNERS.
Forges are powerful and do not need to have a scan attached to it. It will make forge gun snipers more powerful. Swarms AUTO LOCK they do not need a scan. I already addressed the spool thing you so pointedly said is stupid. As for crouching to aim for HMGs, turn up your sensitivity, it will help with longer shots and Aiming down the sights can be used for close range.
In short: stop QQing because you cannot aim or find tanks.

I don't know what control setup you are using, but the L1 button is my jump button, and I am still able to jump with a swarm launcher.
If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.

Previously swarms could be dumb fired. The L1 button was used to bring up the lock on box but they scrapped that.
