is there anything i should look forward to soon. i have 211 consecutive days ive played this game the fun factor is gone and the competitive play is broken because of lag

At least we still have hot fixes.... errr had. Fanfest 2014 really seems to have sucked all the oxygen out of the room.

I have started a long break from the game as it is also no longer fun for me. I wish the best for this game, however until CCP can implement the same connection standards that greater online titles have, I see a massive failure in this game's future. Sorry about the minor run-on sentence.
The forums never get old. Same old retards, same old 'leets' trying to defend proto gear and ask for stuff that kills them to get nerfed.
All empires fall. We'll be watching, we'll be waiting, we'll be that spark that starts the fires of doom.

My question is What Lag ?
The good part is 2.0. I want my pilot dropsuits, MN and AM LAV, HAV, dropship, ect... The New UI, Marketplace, 48 player battles, Triple AAA gun and the Starfighters.
If you run proto gear, prepare to suffer the consequences. You've been warned.

Still waiting on them to re-fix what they broke with downtime last week...
Literally EVERY bug that has been fixed since 1.8(...2?) has returned, OP as **** LP suits(Amarr commando with 2L 1S, Min scout with 3H 2L 3 E)

i noticed hotfix on dren scout low slots from 3-2 with out telling anyone........... i have very little faith in ccp right now they change something i payed 100$ on a impulse. that they are going to add something amusing rather than something frustrating. they just cancel world of darkness theyve been working on for like five years .......... where are their main objectives with that..... what faith should i have they wont do same to dust...... ives spent easy 300$ on this game why should i spend any more why should others.... i have a ps4 i should be buying and playing ps4 games and not have to wait for this backwater laggy crap thing on life support to get better... yesterday dust had only 2988 people playing.... does that look like an improvement???? ccp will continue to scare new players awawy until the succeed in ading a fun factor to the game

The monthly updates gone. The the former EA, EP is gone (I believe). So much has changed with this game. One thing for certain is that their development style and conduct is a bit unorthodox to say the least.

I agree. I don't logon that much. Frankly speaking, I'm tired of the catering to players who constantly want things nerfed just because they want it. Like spoiled children. It just pisses me off because I have dealt with many OP weapons who have destroyed my dropsuit in nanoseconds. Yet weapons like the Viziam goes untouched. The Combat Rifle is still just as lethal as it were pre 1.8 while the RR is just a joke to use. All that weapon does is let people know where you are now.
Folks cry about NPE, but these players in game don't even have the heart to fight against competition. You know I played a dom match where the enemy hacked the objective so everybody stopped running towards it and there were groups of two or three mercs in the hills sniping? Even one guy had a MD just blasting away from way back as if his name was Joe Montana.
Then I see a commando suit, with a shotgun...cloaked. I don't even know how that happened. So I have to deal with that **** but you want to nerf my RR, change logis so they have no base armor rep and make assault classes a joke due to what the community wanted? The community will abuse this game to no end and just nerf everything to hell and back if allowed.
It's very disappointing that it hasn't gotten to this point.

Should always take a break from this game. But uh. No monthly updates because Fanfest is around the corner and more than likely the updates are for whatever's being shown in Fanfest.
