Gallente would be second best IMO. Gallente is more hiding from everything while Caldari is seeing everything.

It's a really great feeling to pick up people who aren't dampening (even if they're a Galscout) whilst they're cloaked and just casually walk up to them and execute them while they try to hide. I have probably my favourite hatemail in Dust from this - there was a cloaky shotgunner who did nothing but sit on the hack point of a Domination game cloaked all match. Every time I went near the point I found him and killed him. Shortly afterwards I got a mail telling me I was a '***** *** cloak camper'. You have long since made your choice.
