How can I do so?
I saw many corps got alliance but I look around the My Corp... Page and I don't find any 'join alliance' button
And are there any alliance can let us join? We got 2 ppl now : D

You can join my alliance. The fee is 100 MIL isk. Send over the ISK and I'll get the proper forms filed.
I spent half my ISK on gambling, alcohol and wild women. The rest I wasted.

You need an EVE CEO to do this.
Dust's corp management UI requires EVE and cannot function adequately on its own.
It can be considered a dismal failure.

Hey bud, if you need a Alliance send me a message ingame and I'll hook you up with the majors. We got a lot of corps and EVE side is always active, incase you got a EVE players.

Be advised you need an Eve dude in the CEO chair in order to push button on joining an alliance.
While said Eve dude is in the big chair, he can screw you in a variety of ways.
Be very cautious about whom you give the keys to your corp.

This is only kind of related to what OP is asking but did they ever fix the shares thing that let EVE players snake the entire corp?
I'll start my own war, with hookers, and blackjack!
