I run an ADV Amarr Commando with an AR/RR combo with 2 ADV dampeners (6% passive dampening), and a cloak. I will evade all but the most precise scanners and all scouts. Because apparently Gallente and Minmatar scouts can scan me. Because apparently they are Caldari scouts at the same time. Dropships need a buff. This way they can stop derping everywhere . ;_; >Tfw no Amarr dropship and laser turrets
