It makes more sense... the bolt doesn't even have any recoil when you're zoomed in scope and this is a weapon where you'd zoom in often. To me it makes sense i'm not sure about other people.

The ion pistol doesn't have any real recoil either.
Why nerf it even more?

Not that there's really much of this on either weapon.
The charge shot is already bad enough on the ion pistol. There's really no need to effectively nerf it.

Yes please. 
The reason I objected was because I strongly dislike the idea of 'switching bonuses' to improve one weapon when the other remains just as useless. Just change the bonus to something else, you don't need to 'swap' them.
