This ain't not scam, I had to create this person to have a clean avenue for ISK donations. I wont use the ISK for anything but PC and it will be donated to needy corps for clone packs. Start and advertise an anti-DNS channel. Use PMs from there to establish a 'resistance' and find willing contributors to each necessary clone pack. You'll have to coordinate several matches at once, in hopes of spreading out their most elite players and attack unrelentingly for at least 24 hours to gain any ground. I am currently working out orbital support for those who don't have it in the hopes that it makes them want to fight. If you want to see things changed the please give any amount. I wish there was a better way but this is the allows donations to be handed out in a way that helps small corps. If this was a scam, which it isn't, the amount I am asking for is only 15 minutes of work for the person who donates. I am wanting quantity, if I can get a large number of donations the fund will grow quickly. I already have about 1 billion EVE side and I am moving up DUST side but it is just slower than I would like. Please think about it. If I can get more DUST donations we can provide some content to this community, we need content and we need to take back PC.

Not all ISK transferred will go to corps only. Some will go to individuals as payment for fighting. If a corp fails to use the ISK to fight in PC or purposely throws a fight then they will removed from the list and not given anything, same goes for mercs. If they fail to show or awox then they they will not receive payment. Clone packs costs would be given up front and individual merc payments would be given after the battle as long as they were there on time, fought hard, didn't awox and any other stipulation that would be bad for business This would be charity and if the corp wins then they do as they wish with the district. If the district is being sold for profit then they would be removed and their buy in kept.

That way a person can donate time instead of just ISK. I tell the rate in every post so it can't be said I tried to hide it. I am not looking for noobs or wanting to fund noobs. I am in talks with CEOs to help them buy clone packs or pay of an individual merc that they need to fill an empty slot. I have not reason to want to give PC corps ISK, in fact I want to hurt their wallets. I am doing this for content creation only.
