Imagine that you are the cool girl on the block and want to get an tatoo #YoLo #SWAG
You make your decision based on the current FoTM , i.e. Justin Bieber: The tatoo is an illustration of the Bieber himself.
You enter the tatoo parlor, ready to engrave your body with a picture of Justin. Everything goes on without complication. You get a bandage that covers up the scars for the to heal.
When everyting has healed, your girlfriends are over to help you removing the bandage and look at the awesome ink.
When they remove the bandage, they see sametinget unexpected, Justin Bieber was nerfed to My Little Pony. All #SWAG was lost, and the girls started crying in despair...
Would you ask for a refund from the tatoo parlor?

Fanfest is it for many of us , after that then just get rid of your ps3 if whatever the devs have to show is more stuff that will keep this game as a lobby shooter.

that is a bad metaphor.
the proper one would be: you buy a monstertruck because it is awesome and next day you walk into your garage just to see it that it turned itself into a gay pink porsche. it is still a great vehicle and some like it but this is not what you wanted in the first place and not what you decided to get.
happens every major patch, those core mechanic changes needs to stop, the devs should finally stop counting their dollars from booster sales, wake up from money trance and decide what they want with their game.

I'll show you consequences. Here's me leaving CCP. Free to play doesn't matter. It is player base and microtransactions that matter. No player base, no game.
As long as they are still heavily developing the basics of this game there needs to be respects as development continues and is tweaked.
We are still in heavy play test mode.

Why would I get rid of my PS3? It is still a perfectly fine backup blu-ray player, and media streamer. I could always go throwback and play some BF3 I guess, or any of the Metal Gear games.
