Only if you have your core skills maxed and all the support skills for your play style up to at least 3 or 4.

For armor damaging weapons yes for shield damaging weapons no unless you have a commando.
Its alright everyone, no need to worry it's just an Amarr scout :(

That depends on the weapon and your own strengths/weaknesses and which compensation would better suit you.

I don't have a single prof V weapon.
That 3% isn't worth the million or so SP it takes, especially after the nerf.

I think it's probably worth it for Armor bonused weapons. But only after you have most of your core maxed.

Unless you can afford it & fit it usefully , you dont need proto guns, advanced weapons are OP too
