Most of them are in your alliance.
Kalante Schiffer, ReGnYuM, Alldin Kan (although he's not in DNS), xD3struction (also not in DNS), and there's more great players, but I'm not sure if they should be classified as one of the "best" players.

Does NF really count as not being outside of DNS?
Could we hire them if we were to attack a DNS corp? They claim to be mercs, but I assume they have a non-aggression pact with DNS. If DNS holds all the districts...
