it doesn't work that good if you use it as an only weapon, but works with some combos
f.e.
flux+charge shot (caldari scouts just love that ;) )
few shots, run behind cover, jump out with a charge shot (and don't miss or you're dead :P)

NO! rate of fire nerf was painful enough :P now you really need to make those shots count, but i guess we'll get used to it eventually. headshots are still sweet ;)

I still use my TY-5 Breach as my primary on almost all my suits and it's still a dream. The scrambler pistol is still easily the best sidearm in the game and I consistently take down all manner of suits with it and I'm not even good at FPSs.
And to the person asking why more don't use this weapon with cloaks - it's because you have to take the time to make sure you're getting that headshot and by the time you've got the aim, your decloak is complete and you're no longer shooting whilst invisible like you can do with the shotgun. are you F-ing me? WTF happened to ppl's reading abiliy
