 With the way tank V tank is now, Minmatar tanks are going to be useless, while the turret will be bitched about non-stop.
 
 Equal damage to armor and shields.
 
 Doesn't have the total HP to tank even 1 damage modded railgun shot.
 Speed will be only slightly faster than a maddy.
 
 So... Yay? Amarr tanks will be even more ******. Too slow to dodge rails from god-knows-where, not enough HP to tank even 1 extra shot.
 
 Rails need to be straight up nerfed. I suggest 200-300 damage nerf and a RoF nerf.
 
 Blasters need to deal full damage to vehicles. They're gallente's AV turret.(unless you give us plasma cannon turrets, and at that i Lol)
 We need ammo types. Amarr might be less effective at dispatching high resistance armors, but they need to be able to trade DPS for anti-armor capability(scorch crystal, or was it conflagrate?)
 
 Minmatar needs EMP rounds, Nuclear rounds, Titanium Sabot, Barrage.
 
 We NEED these things. You should be able to run a Gallente tank and not have to swap to a railgun to engage a tank in CQC and expect to win.

 I do fear rails will remain king of the hill if they don't get some sort of RoF nerf, and by god they need it. Even with a RoF nerf, they still do 1.6k unmodded, 3.5k potential. It's ridiculous that a blaster turret dies to a railgun in CQC when you did everything right.
 
 They need AT LEAST a 20% reduction in damage.
 I can live with the RoF, as that's not even the problem. 2 shots will be 2 shots.
