I made 384 kills (also got as many suits. So that is correct) and did make every single kill during the event time with a Commando Suit + MagSec, yet I only received maybe half of the SP (about 400k).

CCP States the these figures are correct and WILL NOT issue the missing SP.

Confirming CCP believes all rewards to be accurate and will not be issueing any suspected missing SP.

Edit: As close to the ticket response as possible without breaking confidentiality incase anyone was wondering.

750 kills with sidearms in any suit except commando. With commando suit + sidearm you can hit the cap in 375 kills and if you can't get 375 kills in 2 weeks, you should play more DUST!

Ok, so if CCP is sure they were "accurate" then at least have the decency to tell the community by yourselves, but they won't do it cause they know they screwed the counting of the points, it's obvious that they counted the kills of commandos using side arms as just 1,000 SP instead of what they told us:



So rather they lied to the community or they screwed the Commando+Side Arm kill count... Either way they won't accept their mistake and we will have to deal with it. When I though CCP was better than the other MMO developer companies they proved me wrong. Thanks CCP, looking forward for the next screwed event.

well im missing 100k, i heard reports of commando with sidearm being bugged

Apparently a commando using a sidearm to get kills was too "complex" an element for CCP to track even though they tracked precisely how many kills I got in a commando suit based on the number of aur commando suits I was awarded and they managed to track the number of kills others in this thread got using just the sidearm but not wearing a commando suit.

Why they can not put the 2 together to arrive at the correct answer is unexpected.

This is what I suspected, the commando suit and sidearm is counted as 1000 not 2000, so they are wrong.

Sidearm 1000 SP
Commando 1000SP
Commando+Sidearm 2000 SP

Now please check your numbers again. !

CCP, you've not looked at combined suit and sidearm kills.

If you ran a commando with a sidearm you should not be awarded extra. You should not be awarded for incorrectly outfittting a suit

I've had some QA guys take a look at your case and you didn't hit the 750000 cap my friend. Sorry! The script has been checked and the logic isn't capped at setting SP to 750000.

lol? CCP was telling people they could run it that way to hit the event cap faster and the quote is in this thread. As for incorrect, no such thing. People are free to fit a suit however they wish, sandbox and all that, illogical maybe but since people were told it would work for the event then at the time it was logical too.

I ran dual Magsec/SMG for about a total of 5 days during this event

I also had m1s and REs

So I gave them a 200 kill pad

I ran this dual sidearm fit up to when I got 1000 weekly kills on the leaderboards (hopefully 750 sidearm kills and 250 whatever else kills), and then stopped using the fit in pubs and went back to my ADV suit with basic CR/Breach AR and a toxin fit.

I played every day nearly in the event

I still used my toxin as my cqc weapon when I went back to my original fits

When I got the sp I had 463,000 passive SP from overnight

I logged out and back in and the count went up to 526,000

I do not know exactly how much sp I received (Didn't know I would have to keep track of something so trivial)

But FOR A FACT I did not receive 750k

Should I submit a ticket?

I have over 10 witnesses I could provide that were there with me grinding for the event.

So far not looking good. They keep on insisting that they are pretty sure that they are probably right with the awards and maybe I was confused about the event conditions because they were so complicated.

Really? they consider the conditions of this event were complicated. For once they were actually quite clear rather than the vague descriptions we usually get.



So are they saying we are all wrong or confused about the event rewards?

As far as I can tell both emails I received were sent to anybody who complained and they never bothered to look into any of the individual complaints to determine if any of our issues had merit.
