Apparently a commando using a sidearm to get kills was too "complex" an element for CCP to track even though they tracked precisely how many kills I got in a commando suit based on the number of aur commando suits I was awarded and they managed to track the number of kills others in this thread got using just the sidearm but not wearing a commando suit.
Why they can not put the 2 together to arrive at the correct answer is unexpected. |

So far not looking good. They keep on insisting that they are pretty sure that they are probably right with the awards and maybe I was confused about the event conditions because they were so complicated.
Really? they consider the conditions of this event were complicated. For once they were actually quite clear rather than the vague descriptions we usually get.
Re below for the conditions of the event I think were pertinent. I received 306 commando suits and approximately 300K SP but I only used a sidearm during this event so I should have received 600k SP approx.
Rewards: For each kill with a sidearm player characters will receive 1000 skill points, capped at 750,000.
Rewards: For each kill while using a commando dropsuit a player character will receive 1000 skill points and a prototype AUR dropsuit of the type used.
This event objective can be played in conjunction with Sidearm Showdown, however, the maximum 750,000 skill point cap per character is the combined cap for both events

So are they saying we are all wrong or confused about the event rewards? |

As far as I can tell both emails I received were sent to anybody who complained and they never bothered to look into any of the individual complaints to determine if any of our issues had merit. |
