Afaik we had it in earlier events that the whole sp-pool gets raused, means passie AND active pool and gain of SP, but I'm nit sure about this time

Unless passive skillpoints have somehow received a weekly cap, it's a "no". Because you said 3x which is what the weekly skillpoint cap has been multiplied by.
Edit: Still, it would make no difference if your limit would be 3x when your gain would still be 2x at best.

No, passive SP gain is not increased. The 3x bonus is only applied to the SP pool that is reset every week and the 5x boost to SP gain is applied to war points only (1000 WP = 5000 SP). You can "boost" your passive SP via the Passive Omega Booster so that you gain 2x passive SP gain, but otherwise you're stuck with the typical 1-1.5x multiplier. |

no passive is not boosted.
skills are not being applied till 30 secs after spawn fixes before nerfs thank you.
