Do the Japanese already have t going on? since it's the 16th over there? and doe the event start for us north Americans exactly at midnight? or do we have to wait for ccp's time zone? |

no they don't. the cap resets at downtime on wednsday. it doesn't matter which part of the day it is for japan. if it's before the next downtime, then they haven't started it yet either.

Everyone on the forums think the same of NS because you cant understand Japanese (Most of you cant, neither can I.) I do my own stuff, like heavy and logi. use some BPO stuff here and there, not too much spambush. or if so, I still use a heavy. So please, don't make assumptions.

Yeah, no. If you look at the sticky thread about downtimes you'd see downtime is 11:00am to 11:30am GMT.
