Just a general question.
I personally try to keep my main suit fittings around 100, restock when they get below 50.

30 or 10, depending on the amount I use each type of suits.
IE: 'Cheap' suits I keep 30 of the more expensive suits I keep 10 of, unless it's my proto logi, I keep 30 of those on hand at all times.
Vehicles I keep at 5.

10-20. I'm a fit fiddler, and always swapping something in or out to find a more optimal setup. I only keep 5 of my full proto fits stocked.
I also loathe having a mass of unused equipment in my vault, so I hate buying a 100 of something I'm not sure I'm always use.

Oh, I thought you meant the number of fittings.
Between 50 and 100 depending on how often I use them.
My main Spambush fitting I keep over 150 normally (it costs only 2.2k ISK). My normal Commando fittings (CR/MD or CR/SL with REs/Hives/Rep tools) around 100 My HMG heavy fitting I only keep 10 of.

See, I'm the other way around...I buy everything that I use, even occasionally, in bulk. Then I won't have to buy more.
It's one of my psychological methods of helping myself stay ISK-positive, because I restock significantly less often.

I NEVER buy in bulk after contact nades were hotfixed to carry less than the other nades
keep it simple at 7 or 8 per fit
If evening goes terribly bad I restock often
otherwise I restock after 4 or 5 matches
and if one of the fittings I leave at 0 meaning I can do without it (after 5 or so matches ) I just delete or tweak it to make it relevant

I keep most vehicle fits at 10, and dropsuits at 30, unless I've created something with the specific purpose of burning through something I don't use, such as MLT modules and weapons.

I keep a stock dependant on how much they cost over what a bad game gives out in isk. That way I'm always positive.
On average about:
15 each of my cheap suits (~ 7K) 5 of each Advanced suits (~30k) 5 of each Proto suits (no limit) - technically you can loose one and still go positive in a bad match but there's no point. They're more for the squads sake / FW / PC.
Vehicles I keep 5 LAV's and 1 HAV/DS in stock of each.
I don't keep track of those per game as they're usually only out for fun / for the squad - I run fast enough as a scout without the need to call a vehicle*
-*not strictly true but if Ivan decides to play silly buggers or its a vehicle clusterfuck at the start its pointless hanging around.

^^ Ditto. And I have roughly 13 different dropsuit fits that I use with regularity, 2 tank fits, and 5 - 6 dropship fits.

100 of each suit fitting. if a suit has stacked fittings or something that is used on multiple fittings (like my Breach SMG), then Ill have 300 or 400 of it available.
Vehicles it depends. Drops ships 5 of each. Cheap LAVs 25 of each and expensive ones 10 of each. Tanks is 15 of each.
I have 8 suit fittings, 3 LAV fittings, 2 dropship fittings, and about 7-8 tank fittings. |

I keep enough items that each of my fittings can be used ten times, but my total amount is only enough items for 20 suit fittings.
For example, I have several assault G/1 fittings with three of them being rifle focused. Those three fittings have two complex armor plates, an complex armor rep, an adv smg, and a complex light damage mod and a complex sidearm damage mod. I have enough of these to equip twenty suits, and then have ten rr, cr, or ar. |

It guarantees that I can go at least 3 or 4 matches forgetting to restock even the cheap disposable suits without running out mid-battle.
And when a fit goes under 30, I just restock 100 of whatever it was that sent it under. Usually modules. But it hurts on he rare occasions it's the proto suit.
