Why is this happening? I'm not bashing on the other team as much as I want to because this isn't their fault. As much as people dislike DNS, this isn't right. Why is an entire team of starter corps even allowed in factional? Oh yeah I forgot that CCP only caters to those that already have billions of ISK. Then they wonder why they cannot keep new players. There is no Scotty the matchmaking AI, the is no matchmaking. Fix this NOW. Here is the proof that something is broken. I can understand myself and my corpmate being paired against these guys, but the newbies?!?!?!? Come on, at least take us out to dinner before you f*ck us.

This isn't a solo-ers game. Without a proper team I was glad to have gotten that one kill because I knew I was costing that guy 500k+

Looks like it was a rough game.
Even if there was matchmaking, it would only carry things so far; queue synced and hard-a$$ crews probably wouldn't register properly anyway.
I've gotten to the point where if I'm not running in corp or at least squads, I only go at certain times of day when I feel good about it.

Nah, do what I do. Cloaky scout, shotgun, REs. Bringing uplinks is pointless because your team is just cannon fodder- better that they keep the enemy occupied camping the redline.
Cloak your way to the far objectives. Once the cloak has cooled down a little, hack, and RE that baby up. Cloak up somewhere conveniently nearby and wait. If only one guy comes to take it back, shotgun him and return to waiting. When they come in force, multiple people will go for the hack- that's when you blow the REs. In the confusion, charge in and shotgun away. You'll die, but you'll take a few with you. Bam, that's how you maintain at least a 2 or 3 K/D, often more, against the harshest of protostompings. You can do this with a 10-15k suit.

Really can't queue into fw with 2 and expect to clean haus. Take 6 (12)...... and hold some real estate to give your blues a shot at solidarity. Not saying it's awesome but fw is mostly a wildcard, you may face a whole Corp who just wanted some pc training, or a hard Crew who was out for a stroll.. basically it's whoever queued vs whoever queued at the time

Wasn't even planning on cleaning house when I saw who was on the other team. The issue is that the other people on my team we so new that the bottom half of the scoreboard 9th-16th had 0wp
PS: did you just mention PC?????? Isn't that done and over with. Doesn't DNS hold all of it?

As of what, 2 weeks ago? Try not to focus on the fact you dislike dns as much as the overarching point of my comment, bring a squad or be content with what they give you. You can't really say you "outperformed" the new players (if they even are new, I have alts in starter corps) because tbh you and your homie did garbage collection also. That isn't a real marker of player skill sometimes the other team just has more sense. I see a handful of names on the opposing side, not enough to scream "stomp squad!" You went in 1 shy of solo and are mad you got touched? Hell there are like... 50 fw chats you could join to squad up if you couldn't field 6. Don't ask drunk ass Scotty to do what you could easily do.

Once again, this has nothing to do with me being stomped. I did **** that match. I went in there planning on playing cheap(10k and under) We cannot expect new players to want to stay unless they are some sort of masochist(starting to wonder about myself at this point) Whenever I pick up a new player I try to reassure them that it gets better later on but I'm not going to be able to hold my breath for much longer. These new guys need to be paired with someone that has the same skills as them. Or at least extend the academy to what it used to be. I care about the future of this game, but if we can't bring in new players, there will be no hope

I definitely agree with you there. There really isn't a place for new players to go to avoid this. Hell I had been playing the game 6 months before I joined a player Corp. The npe is bad, there should be at least something to start that points players in the right direction or emphasizes how much this is a squad/team based game. Something that doesn't rely on veterans combing matches or local channels shopping for greens.

The thing I think CCP doesn't get is that this isn't coddling the new players. There will still be the Alts that have access to crazy amounts of ISK. The old academy was perfect. It kept the players sheltered just enough so that when the left they could do their team some good

We are way past that its the luck of the draw. we were all new players once and had to go thru the ruff games. i had a worse team then you yesterday i mean not one person on my team had a kill but my squad. you should have heard my yelling where is my squad where is my help for my guys to tell me its just us out here fighting the blueberrys are back in the MCC or climbing mountains picking flowers. but we still gave the other team hell.

Assault and vehicles are really the only things that are hard to 'solo' in right now.

I agree. FW is a wonderful ISK pit, however there are still too many people that are coming out of a match almost unscathed. My goal in any match regardless of a win or loss is to make sure that they don't make a profit off of it. That will be the only way to drain this ISK balloon that is preventing our economy from being connected with EVEs

FW is a free for all, their is no match making as it has real impact in EvE its down to us dusters to make sure we are running squads to combat the other sides squads your are simply a victim of the system working as intented if you see a bunch of unsquaded blues simply at the end of match invite the top 5 into squad and try again.
Educating your side is part of the experience now as frustrating as it is
