Actually, when TP locked up, it was very inefficient. CCP has since recognized it as a tactic that they weren't comfortable with and tried to fix it... And they kept doing it. |

Fiddle is quite correct. Pradox would know that TP didn't perfect it because TP paid them to help sit in the matches to make the isk to make it profitable to lock...when all cubs really needed to do was no show and get the clone pack refund.
TP wasn't aware of that...even during MHPD.
I would hazard that if TP had known about the clone pack refund cubs may have chosen to continue locking after the majority of the OG TP left for other games longer than he did.
