All ranks, enlisted-officers 1blueprint weapon for every officer rank(standard - adv version), achieve next rank by reaching a certain # of kills and war points, general receives 1 blueprint of a militia dropship (or other vehicle of choice) 5% more skill bonuses per rank, ranks apply in each corp, ranks apply in squads(higher ranks get 1% more skill bonus), 500,000 isk per enlisted ranks, 1mil per officer, (posting ranks later)

Horrible idea.....
Ranks would be cool but not the bonuses you have there.....that's a bit game breaking...
Instead of blueprint items maybe 20 of certain weapons depending on the rank....blueprints could easily destroy the games economy
Rank should not be based on kills...too easy to farm and would cause the whole player base to solely try and get kills and not ptfo....it should be based on achieving victory and earning wp
Demotion should be possible....maybe after so many losses in a row or something like that

Bonuses and weapons would be standard, think of it as recruiting someone and getting a recruit assault rifle, they would be almost the same as normal assault rifles, just a tiny bit better, nothing that would ruin the game, and it would take a lot of kills and wp to move up to next rank, and demotion would be good idea to |

Still would cause balancing issues
And the bonuses would decrease ttk...not a good thing...its in a decent enough spot right now
A lot of kills and sp means nothing to boosters who would simply be on top just because they boost
Rank needs to be corp controlled...the only benefit should be things outside of battle...like setting up your corp so only people of a certain rank or higher can make squads or squad lead........
How many ranks and what the corresponding "bonuses" are should be determined by the corps directors
