Im not exactly a rookie,or a vet. But I have 10 million SP. I have a proto logi with Proto Scr's and Layzers. I see people do great and I want to know the ways of the douchbagel. Help?

For one, you're in a logi suit. So you're doing it wrong. Logi suits used to be the slayers' choice. With 1.8, that is no longer the case. Also protostomping is not done solo. It's done by stacked corp squads and most of those corps are in control of the donut so they have literally billions of isk to spend on proto equipment.
If you want to be that douchbagel, I'd say to join with them.

10 mil sp won't build a very good proto suit, esp not a logi. Engineering and electronics 5 are absolutely necessary, not to mention shield, armor and precision upgrades.
Laser based weaponry is the worst choice for any logi suit, as it is very pg intensive, and doesn't recieve any racial bonuses from the suit itself. Since you're commited to laser weaponry, I would recommend amarr assault or commando if killing is ur main goal.
And btw, aspiring to be a pubstomper won't make you any friends on the forums. |

It's not one suit any more, it's a squad comp. 4x Gal Sentinel, 1x Cal Logi, 1x Cal Scout.

I think this is right. But you must coordinate well, too.
And hope that you dont run into a squad that is stompier than you (more experience, more training, more SP, better teamwork).
By observation I would say that the truest stompers leave a battle as soon as they see something remotely looking like true opposition. So picking on the weak is an integral part of the true stomping experience. Never be tempted to play other gamemodes as pub matches for that matter. If you are looking for a challenge or a fair fight, you are not a true stomper.
The answer to your complaint is PvE. Always.
