Will the starter fits of races ever racially align such as how every class gets there rifle and pistol, I am not saying add militia everything to the market but make a militia variant only for that suit,
Gallente gets the AR and ion pistol
Caldari gets a rail rifle and bolt pistol
Amar gets a scrambler rifle and pistol
Minmatar gets a combat rifle and flaylock
Also a racial health alignment would make sense, instead of caldari having damage mods maybe give them a shield extender, they need to rework the fittings
Caldari 3 high
Gallente 3 low
Amar 2 low 1 high
Minmitar 2 high 1 low
I know that needs to be reworked but some consideration needs to take place before that, I think racial alignment will make more specialized players instead of FoTM chaser who just put there first 500,000 SP into the thing they get killed by most, it would make them used to there racial weapon, not chasing the tail end of something.
Also I know this was implemented in closed beta but each race now has it's suits... The old recon, sentinel, assault and logi basic frames. We need racial heavy weapons both AP and AV bot. Starter fit of every frame will make people able to pick and choose a frame for which to spec into,
I remember when I first started XD no academy you choose your type of class, sentinel arbiter logistics or enforcer... They could efficiently reimplement that now...
If you want new players to adapt and make there own class let them freely taste the water.
Give them an arbiter class-sniper
Give them a sentinel class-AV
Give them a logistics class-support
Give them an assault class-assault
Of course with this will come a lot of community back lash of which race they choose and wanting to change there race etc. And I support this but make it make sense CCP. 4 frame roles, 4 races, 4 rifles, 4 pistols, all suits and extreme diversity!
Maybe they don't want to be medium frame with a nanite injector, give them a militia logi with 2 equipment slots per logi, make it have a rep tool and injector so maybe they can support you when they pick you up, instead of new players getting a bad rap for picking people up.
Make the starter fits unalterable as well so a militia caldari doesn't stack damage mods and a combat rifle, along with the arbiter class swapping the sniper for a shotgun, make them customize there own fits from the milita store.
Also make it so when you go through your inventory and go to set your weapon you have the four race names then you just click over like the market tabs, and it goes into light, heavy, side. Then into the weapon from there.

Nah, starter fits are cheap junk suits and gear. You are advised to get into almost anything else as soon as possible. Why would they change that? Many players use starter gear, I do as well. Actually I use a BPO, whenever I drive a tank or fly a Derp. Cuts my losses just in case.
Having a Starter Fit be nearly useless is their goal. Thus causing Player to spend AUR.
Having a Starter Fit be useful is your goal. Thus saving ISK and AUR.
Like oil and water this won't be mixing up anytime soon. 
And so it goes.

Well they could still make this even if it was still medium frames and just racially aligned weapons, I know they are supposed to be crap but still, I have no personal intention of running them I just remember when they did have the 4 different types, logi sentinel assault and recon. I personally hate my starter fits because I hate shield, I normally run armor on a scout (not tank) but armor, but I think racial alignment would make the game seem more, racially correct? The last time I ran a medium frame anyways was pre 1.7 on Gihad runs with a logi

I do agree with what you are saying. I just don't see it happening again. The Sentinel beginner set really ticked off a lot of people as you got a reasonable heavy suit (good enough anyway) with a free forge gun. Now even the BPOs are being shuffled to the junk pile. This guy has a Sever suit which required nothing, now it needs Minmatar Logi lvl 1 to use it. Which is wasting SP when SP is the only currency in that game that matters.
A good F2P game creates an environment where one of two things happen. One is the game becomes your hobby. Spending 10-XX Real World Cash Units a month becomes an easy decision. I don't drink, smoke or go out all that much. Being retired has benefits in relationship to time but limitations based on cash flow, at least for me. So before Uprising Dust was a hobby that spending $20US three times was fine. Helped out the troops, keep the Devs paid, etc. all that stuff. I stopped that when they dropped the Mercenary Pack (with 30 day active booster) as Uprising was horrible. Kinda still is compared to Chromosome, at least for me.
The other method is that players get something they want. They are eager to spend their money. But spending RWC to get AUR is alright-ish it still feels more like extortion (the bad way to make a F2P game) than getting something I actually want. Because most AUR gear is just one level up from where you are. No skins, paint jobs for my tank or a really buff suit for the warbarge. Not that I would buy more than one of those but many Mercs would buy at least 1.
Remember the Assault Pack I think it was called? A bunch of HAVs. The shield versions were junk but the armor were okay. However, I wouldn't buy it because half the tanks were useless and paying 2X to get the armor was bad math. And we all know that CCP/Shanghai have issues with math. 
TL;DR
If you want better starter fits, choose Gallenti as a race.
And so it goes.

I'm gonna make a video about starter fits.
With the racial suits now all here I'd like to at least see one of each frame type instead of all the starter fits being medium frames.
