DUST Search - Tacnet Radar Still Bugged

I hear all the time in these forums about how "passive scans" are supposed to see through walls, behind you, and all that kind of junk, but I have yet to see it without an active scanner (and sometimes I did not even then, including vehicles just around a corner). Every now and again, it will happen, but it's very rare. My passive scan range is supposed to be 24m with a precision of 40 dB, but yet I still don't see most suits that come around a corner behind me on my radar, only the guy in front of me I'm aiming at. I can understand not always seeing other scouts, but not seeing the rest of the undampened medium and especially heavy suits on my radar is a bunch of ****.

I've gone into hack an objective and never saw the guy up on the second floor up above my head in a sentinel suit who comes down the stairs and guns me down during the hack. I just don't get it. Just like I can be cloaked and going through an area and unless I sit and stop and stand in a corner, I won't pick up anyone moving in the area or equipment for quite awhile. I know what 24m is and an approximate distance of things on the radar. I've figured though that in case my measurements are off, I'm going to max out my scanning range skill and use a complex range enhancer (scan range will then be out to 52.2m). Then I'll know for certain. Always the last person to leave. Always the one cleaning up people's messes.

So it could simply be that they have the skill without the modules and are still dampened. I'd say invest in Precision enhancement skill (the mods themselves won't be able to keep up with PD but the skill bonus should cancel out the effect of the PD Skill itself). I have noticed other glitches with Passives tho, like randomly dots are either green with arrows or chevrons. Not sure what that's about. The most OP weapon on the Dust Battle Field: One good logi, one rep tool, and a heavy.

I can understand it easily for scout suits and even some medium suits. It's the heavy suits not showing up that get me. Going to definitely get level 5 precision and range now as being a scout, it's highly annoying getting clipped constantly by people I don't even see. That's supposed to be my role lol. GG?
