Several thousand people have been doing this for months and months.
So far, no real change of course noted.

It is a business, you don't sink more resources in then you get in return. It is not a charity or a public service that you are entitled to. Do you have any evidence that they are deliberately sabotaging through neglect their own product?

if you purchase aurum your a paying customer, as you have given them money for use of a product or currency. So you support their incompitance? You like how things are?
