Can I hope against hope I can get a comment of whether there is any consideration of changing the following items
1. Reduce backpedaling speed of all suits? 2. Fix (or is it intended?) that whenever I get hit speed tanking I slow to a walk and have to jump or double crouch to resume running as fast as I am able to. 3. Fix (or is it intended?) that whenever I switch to a equipment or reload weapons and start running that it defaults to walk speed until I stop completely and start again?
I mostly run speed fit and sacrifice a lot a health to do so, so these items kill me more than anything else in the game. I have lurked in feedback and bugs forums and seen these questions asked before, but haven't seen a response, would be great if you could give me a little somethin somethin........ come on, I am shipping out tomorrow, I just need a little taste.

First of all, both 2 and 3 are not intentional, but I would assume that if CCP tried to fix 2 it would make hit detection even worse.
3 is a glitch tied to a game mechanic. When you switch to an equipment look down at the "ammo" section and you will notice a bar. When you use an equipment like a nanohive or uplink you have to wait for it to fill back up again before you can throw down another one.
While this doesn't appear for the other equipment, they still have this "mechanic" in place when you first switch to it so that you can't use it right away. During this time the game assumes you are "using" the equipment, and as we all know you can sprint while using (i.e. pressing R1) any equipment, so the game just defaults you to the speed you are limited to which is your normal movement speed.
As for 1, backpedaling is fine. With cloaks now it is easier than ever to sneak up to right behind your opponent. Also try sprint jumping, you move in the air as fast as you would on the ground while sprinting, but you can use any weapon or equipment while in the air. I sprint jump whenever I want to turn my cloak on/off or when I want to use equipment because it allows me to keep moving at max speed while still being able to press R1. It also allows you to move in closer to your opponent way faster than they can backpedal.
I hope this helps.

What I've been saying for the past few days.

It's not even normal movement speed, it's something much much slower, and you feel like your crouching and running a 3m/s, which is absolutely ridiculous in CQC.
