Steve Ronuken is one of the only people who even mentions DUST in his campaign thread.
DNSBLACK is probably the most involved with DUST directly through Dirt Nap Squad.
Sugar Kyle has made a statement in strong support.
Really though, according to the vote match at match.eve-csm.com only two candidates were *distinctly* against DUST integration: Xander Phoena and corebloodbrothers. (Aka, do not vote for them.) There are ten candidates who specify they think DUST should be integrated to a "large" extent, and the rest want it to a limited but noticeable extent.

I would've really recommended not voting for Xenuria...
Note that DNSBLACK isn't in the Vote Match because he never filled it out, apparently.

Honestly, Steve Ronuken. First of all, he's like the only guy with DUST mentioned on the first page of his CSM campaign thread.
But more importantly he's a big third party tools programmer, and he's MASSIVELY pushing for the CREST API. The CREST API would, as a side effect, open up a ton of features for us DUST players that EVE players have had for years. Things like leaderboards that you didn't have to enter the data yourself for and stuff. The API, or what of it exists, is what gives us things like district tracking sites for PC and Brush's new lottery site.
A better API would do wonders for DUST, and Steve's the biggest API candidate you'll EVER see. Even if he had no DUST interest at all, he'd still be the best choice for primary vote for that alone.
